Each order is prepared with care & intention. Please allow 2–3 business days for your items to be packaged and shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of crystals and carvings, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

Please look over your selections carefully before purchasing — and know that every stone is unique, carrying its own natural variations and beauty.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. I’ll do my best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.

Bright & Bone is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the postal service. Once an order has shipped, its journey is in their hands — but I’ll gladly assist you in locating it whenever possible.
